Before that I have worked from Junior Gameplay Programmer up to Senior Animation Programmer at Ninja Theory from 2018 till 2023.

In my position as Senior Animation Programmer at Ninja Theory I am taking on a whole host of responsibilities:
- Pushing the limits of our animation systems forward; researching and implementing innovative ways to achieve our animation goals and make our characters come to life.
Some examples include utilizing motion matching for realistic body animations and a system to allow seamless transitions between gameplay and cutscenes.
- Leading a team of members from various disciplines to achieve high quality and realistic character animations and behaviour.
- Working cross project with a wide range of disciplines and support each projects unique needs.
- Mentoring and teaching more junior members of our team.
My work was mostly focused on character animation at this point. Taking over and further developing a house intern Motion Matching system for example and developing other systems aiding in character believability.
Working on different gameplay systems in Unreal Engine eg. Character AI, Async Loading Ressources.
